Senior Vice President

Spencer Davidson is Senior Vice President at Hunter Hotel Advisors and leads the firm’s New York City office. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of investment sales, including underwriting, financial analysis, client engagement, and transaction execution.

Davidson brings extensive operational and financial expertise to the lodging sector, having held key roles with leading firms such as LW Hospitality Advisors, C-III Capital Partners, and CBRE Hotels.

Throughout his career, Davidson has executed more than $7 billion in hotel capital markets transactions across the United States, with a particular focus on assets across the Northeast and Midwest. He has advised institutional, corporate, and private investment clients on transactions involving assets across all hospitality segments. His representative clients include The Blackstone Group, Brookfield, Peachtree Hotel Group, Hersha Hospitality, MCR, Starwood Capital, Summit Hotel Properties, and Park Hotels & Resorts, among countless others.

Spencer is an active member of the Young Hospitality Investment Professionals (YHIP) organization and the Boston University Alumni Association. He also serves as an inaugural member of the Boston University School of Hospitality Administration Real Estate Advisory Council.
