     ATLANTA, July 8, 2015 - Hunter Hotel Advisors announced today that they advised on the sale of the 106-room Country Inn & Suites Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Hotel for a Los Angeles based hospitality company to an international investment group. The $7,350,000 transaction was Hunter’s 6th for their client who is in the process of repositioning their portfolio.
