Hunter Hotel Advisors’ Miami Office Announces Sale of Hampton Inn Panama City Beach
Hunter Hotel Advisors (“HUNTER”) is pleased to announce the sale of the Hampton Inn Panama City Beach. Robert Taylor and Sophia Pittaluga of HUNTER’s Miami Office brokered the sale of the property for an undisclosed price. With this latest sale, HUNTER has closed 24 Florida properties worth more than$551 millionyear-to-date. Sales in Florida currently account for 25% of HUNTER’s total sales in 2022.
The recently renovated Hampton Inn Panama City Beach boasts 89 rooms in the center of all Panama City Beach has to offer. Located less than one mile from the beach in a densely developed residential and commercial corridor, the hotel provides guests convenient access to Panama City Beach’s many leisure and corporate demand generators. The prime location and recent renovations aided a strong 2021 performance. The Hampton Inn Panama City Beach recorded a $120 RevPAR for the trailing twelve-month period ending February 2022.
