Hunter Hotel Advisors Represents Sale of Marriott and Hilton Four Asset Portfolio in Georgia and North Carolina
Guided by Senior Vice President Mayank Patel in their Atlanta office, Hunter Hotel Advisors - the nation’s leading investment advisory firm focused exclusively on the hotel industry – has successfully represented RevPAR Companies and Vision Hospitality Group in the sale of a four asset Marriott and Hilton portfolio consisting of the AC Duke University/Durham NC and three Atlanta assets including the Element Buckhead, SpringHill Suites Centennial Park, and the Tru Galleria/Ballpark. The buyer was a large private equity group focused on adding new vintage, core assets to its growing select-service platform.
