The Hotel is situated within Sawgrass Village a 140K sf community shopping center in Ponte Vedra Beach. Recently redeveloped, the center has been transformed to create the “new town square” of Ponte Vedra Beach, with award-winning restaurants, unique boutique shopping, art galleries, home decor and service retailers.

The Hotel was originally built in 2000 as a Country Inn & Suites and later converted to a Hilton Garden Inn.  The hotel has historically been a top performer within the Hilton Garden Inn Brand, and the buyer, Noble Investment Group, based in Atlanta, GA will complete a major renovation at the Hotel to bring the property to the highest standards within the brand.  The seller was the original owner/developer of the Hotel.
