The two properties were listed as a ten-property portfolio by an institutional owner and were purchased by Rainmaker Hospitality with a repeat equity partner.  Rainmaker Hospitality is a full-service hotel management firm in Lexington, Kentucky looking to broaden their local portfolio.

The Hyatt Place and Homewood Suites are located adjacent to one another and share a common a parking lot.  This opportunity offers operating efficiencies and significant upside after the buyer completes a major renovation.
