Hunter Hotel Advisors Completes Sale of SpringHill Suites Ashburn/Dulles VA

Hunter Hotel Advisors - the nation’s leading investment advisory firm focused exclusively on the hotel industry – announces the sale of the SpringHill Suites Ashburn/Dulles Virginia to SAK Developers, LLC, a private investment group based in Richmond, VA.

The hotel was built in 2009 and is located near Dulles International Airport, just outside Washington DC.
