Two Extended Stay America hotel portfolios were sold using the brokerage services of Hunter Hotel Advisors, with the closings occurring in September and November. The first 11 Extended Stay America hotels in Texas were purchased by new franchise partner Provident Realty Advisors, Inc. of Dallas, TX. This star collection of ESA locations covers the Texas map, with properties in the great plains, interior lowlands, and Gulf Coast regions. Singerman Real Estate, LLC, of Chicago, IL finalized the most recent transaction when they purchased a collection of hotels located in thriving suburban areas that are densely developed with retail, restaurants and multi-family neighborhoods in Ohio and Illinois, including Cleveland’s Great Northern Mall, Akron Copley East and Akron Copley West neighborhoods, and the Chicago/Schaumburg Convention Center locations.
