Jared Zeichick

Jared Zeichick is an Associate at Hunter Hotel Advisors, where he leads detailed underwriting and supports the execution of hospitality investment sales across all major chain scales on both an individual and portfolio basis. At Hunter, Jared has independently conducted valuation analyses for more than 100 hotel and portfolio assignments representing $1.75 billion in aggregate value, and he has participated in the successful sale of over $3 billion of hospitality assets nationwide.
In addition to transaction execution, Jared contributes to the firm’s strategic advisory assignments for institutional private equity groups, publicly traded REITs, and owner-operators, providing financial analysis, market research, and investment due diligence to support portfolio strategy and disposition planning.
Prior to beginning his career in hospitality investment sales, Jared graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance and Entrepreneurship & Small Venture Management.
