Cameron Hill is a Senior Analyst at Hunter Hotel Advisors with a focus on financial underwriting, valuation analysis, and market research in support of hospitality investment sales nationwide. He plays an integral role in the analytical execution of single-asset and portfolio transactions. To date, Cameron has supported transactions representing more than $1.5 billion in closed hospitality real estate sales.
In his role, Cameron is responsible for building detailed financial models, conducting market-level demand analysis, and evaluating brand and operational performance across branded and independent hotel assets. His work supports owners, developers, and institutional investors in evaluating value, pricing strategy, and positioning across a broad range of chain scales.
Cameron earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business, majoring in Finance with a concentration in Entrepreneurship
