Senior Vice President, Capital Markets

Adeel Amin currently serves as Senior Vice President for HUNTER’s Capital Markets team after joining in 2024. Widely regarded as the go-to resource for hospitality financing, Adeel is actively involved in all aspects of debt and equity placement for HUNTER listings including underwriting, sourcing banking relationships for sponsors, and GP/LP equity raises.  

Prior to joining HUNTER, Adeel was Managing Director at Paramount Capital Advisors where he created a 9 figure debt advisory business for hotel owners. Using his creativity and knack for deal structures, he financed several 8 figure debt placements despite tightening bank guidelines. Serving as conduit between hotel owners and senior banking officials, he created effective capital solutions even when underlying assets had poor historical performance.

Prior to Paramount, Adeel was a Vice President of Originations for a Abco Capital Partners, a New York based private lender. He originated over $1BB in projects needing ground up construction, bridge and pref/mezzanine financing. He was the key in finding government backed financing for the 4 Seasons in Pembine Wisconsin along with the Pine Mountain Resort for a local real estate investment firm.  

Adeel has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. He resides in Chicago, Illinois.
