Lee Hunter, CHB, Broker | Executive Vice President | lee.hunter@hunterhotels.net

Lee is active in many facets of the hotel finance and hotel brokerage industry. Prior to joining Hunter,
Lee held positions with responsibilities that included hotel asset acquisition, development, refinancing and
repositioning. He managed assets affiliated with Marriott, Hilton and IHG. Lee holds a Masters degree in Hotel Finance and Real Estate from The School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration from Presbyterian College.

Having sold properties for corporations, REITS and individuals, Teague is well-qualified to take any type of hotel transaction to a successful outcome. He has served as President of Hotel Brokers International. Teague has been recognized as HBI’s top-producing broker for 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. He is a graduate of Presbyterian College with a Bachelor of Science Degree and a major in Business Administration.

Kyle Stevenson | Managing Director, Hunter Capital Advisors | kyle.stevenson@hunterhotels.net

Kyle has 21 years of hotel finance experience, including corporate banking with affiliates of Chase Manhattan and SunTrust Banks, and ownership of a hospitality industry focused investment banking firm. He
participated in financing the development of the Grand Hyatt, Washington, DC and the J.W. Marriott, Washington, DC. Kyle also financed hotels at a portfolio company owned by Allied Capital, a $4 billion investment firm based in Washington, DC. Over the course of his career, he has developed extensive resources and relationships with hotel owners and financing sources. Kyle is a graduate of Georgetown University, where he earned a degree in International Economics.

Warner Smith | Senior Analyst | warner.smith@hunterhotels.net

Mr. Smith has been active in project finance, investment analysis, brokerage and development consulting in the hotel industry since 1967. With his years of industry experience, Mr. Smith’s depth of knowledge in hotel-related financial matters aids hotel sellers and buyers throughout the process of a transaction. Mr. Smith has consulted on over 300 hotel projects in development and arranged debt financing with lending institutions totaling over $700 million. Mr. Smith’s experience covers the spectrum of hotel classifications, franchises and independent hotels and resorts from one to five-stars. Mr. Smith is a graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.

Mayank Patel| Analyst | mayank.patel@hunterhotels.net

Mr. Patel is responsible for conducting financial and industry analysis, examining valuation methods, and preparing offering memoranda for prospective buyers. He has performed valuations and analysis for various clients including corporations and REITS. Mr. Patel has been active in the hotel industry since 1998. He has been involved in many aspects of the hotel industry including operations and development. Mr. Patel is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Economics.

John is relatively new to the hotel brokerage industry, having joined Hunter in June 2007. Prior to joining Hunter, John spent a brief period of time working in corporate finance and previously was an internal audit consultant for KPMG, where he participated in numerous property audits for a multi-billion-dollar hospitality REIT. John is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a dual BBA degree in Finance and Risk Management and Insurance.
