Kyle has 21 years of hotel finance experience, including corporate banking with affiliates of Chase Manhattan and SunTrust Banks, and ownership of a hospitality industry focused investment banking firm. He participated in financing the development of the Grand Hyatt, Washington, DC and the J.W. Marriott, Washington, DC. Kyle also financed hotels at a portfolio company owned by Allied Capital, a $4 billion investment firm based in Washington, DC.
