The
company’s Hunter Capital Management division provides investment banking
services and counsel to the hospitality industry. This invaluable service
benefits Hunter clients by offering sound financial advice and advantageous
financing opportunities to facilitate and expedite the brokerage process.
Edwin Hendriksen is responsible for fund-raising
and investment strategy activities for Hunter Capital Management. Prior
to co-founding Hunter Capital Management, Edwin was the Senior Vice
President of Investments for Inland American Lodging Advisor, Inc.
While at Inland, he oversaw the acquisition, due diligence and underwriting
of over
$1
billion in acquisitions, and grew the company’s
assets under management from 0 to over 100 hotels with a total investment
value of over $2.5 billion in two years. Mr. Hendriksen was born and
raised in The Netherlands, and he received his BA (Economics) from
Rollins College and subsequently received his MBA (Finance) from the
Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
